Help repotting

I was given this baby but the soil was so low so I want to repot it but idk if I should keep them together or separate them into their own pots. Any advice is welcome. It was watered every few weeks and seemed to be happy but wasn’t growing. I’m in the PNW so it lived close to a windows that gets direct sunlight but the cold won’t affect it.
